The Pogrom Inside the Riots

The recent riots in France have sparked a heated debate about the country's response to the growing anti-Semitic attacks. The National Review, a conservative publication, has published an article titled "The Pogrom Inside the Riots," which argues that the West is facing a growing threat from anti-Semitism.

The article, written by an author who remains anonymous, claims that the riots are not just a result of the usual suspects, but rather a symptom of a deeper problem. The author asserts that the West is facing a "pogrom" – a term typically used to describe a systematic persecution of a particular group, often based on their ethnicity or religion – and that this pogrom is being perpetrated by a combination of left-wing and right-wing extremist groups.

The author points to the recent attacks on Jewish communities and synagogues in France as evidence of this growing threat. They argue that these attacks are not just isolated incidents, but rather part of a larger pattern of violence and intimidation that is being perpetrated against Jewish people and other minority groups.

The article also highlights the role of social media in spreading anti-Semitic hate speech and propaganda. The author argues that social media platforms are failing to take adequate action to prevent the spread of this hate speech, and that this is contributing to the growing threat of anti-Semitism.

Furthermore, the article suggests that the West's response to the growing threat of anti-Semitism has been inadequate. The author argues that the West has been too slow to respond to the growing threat, and that this has allowed the problem to escalate.

The article concludes by calling on the West to take action to address the growing threat of anti-Semitism. The author argues that this requires a concerted effort from governments, civil society, and individuals to work together to prevent the spread of hate speech and to protect minority groups.
